Junior Consultant - Electrical Engineer

Working as a core member of our team in Poland, you will contribute to a diverse range of offshore wind farm engineering and consultancy projects. This could include analysing and providing advice to our clients on low and high voltage offshore transmission owner engineering systems studies and contributing to technical due diligence and desktop power systems studies and projects. 

What will you be doing?

• Work on a variety of offshore wind projects, including those in development and construction.
• Contribute to offshore transmission system studies, technical due diligence and desktop power systems study projects. 
• Prepare and assist with the review, analysis and interpretation of technical data.
• Assist with report writing and technical notes.
• Undertake analytical work and create and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
• Attend regular internal meetings and external / third party meetings as required.
• Ensure all deliverables are conducted in full compliance with approved instructions, procedures and policies.

What are we looking for?

This position is suitable for an Electrical Engineering graduate, or someone with up to 3 years’ worth of experience as an entry level consultant or engineer. More specifically, we are looking for the following:

• Qualified to Bachelor’s or master’s level in Electrical / Power Engineering or a relevant subject.
• Basic technical knowledge of offshore wind farm design and construction is desirable. 
• Knowledge of electrical systems and power systems concept is desirable.
• Fluent in Polish and English with good communication skills and report writing skills. 
• Good interpersonal skills, a strong team player with a proactive, self-starter approach.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team including engineers, contract managers and QHSE personnel.

Further Information:

This position can be based at our offices in Gdansk or Warszawa. We offer hybrid working. You must have the right to live and work in Poland. 

Occasional travel to client sites and meetings will be required.
