Working as part of our Vietnam team, you will undertake Marine Warranty Surveys, support and oversee rig move operations, and provide expert marine consultancy services to clients.

What will you be doing?

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of Marine Warranty Surveying (MWS) and rig move projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Prepare high-quality tenders and proposals across MWS, rig moving, and broader marine consultancy services.
• Plan and coordinate project execution, including defining scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements, and overseeing progress to completion.
• Support the growth of Offshore Projects, working closely with the management team to expand capability and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development and ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and ways of working to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
• Ensure all work, operations, and reporting meet internal standards, procedures, and quality expectations.
• Lead by example in adhering to company policies, including compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and QHSE requirements.

What are we looking for?

Ideally, you will hold a Master Mariner (STCW Class 1) certification, with a minimum of 24 months’ seagoing experience in a senior officer role (e.g. Master, Chief Officer, Chief Engineer, or Second Engineer). More specifically, we are looking for the following:

• At least 5 years’ worth of total seagoing experience, ideally gained on dry cargo or tanker vessels.
• Proven or demonstrable experience in Marine Warranty Surveying and /or rig move operations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with marine and engineering consultancy services within the offshore oil & gas market is advantageous.

Further Information:

This position can be based in Vung Tau or Ho Chi Minh City. You must have the right to live and work in Vietnam.

The job holder will be expected to undertake onshore and offshore client assignments on a regular basis.
