  • Participate in inspections, functional checks, documentation reviews, and compliance assessments to ensure accurate master data and criticality classifications.
  • Produce clear, accurate reports, registers, and client deliverables in line with AIM standards and timelines.
  • Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and suppliers to support effective coordination.
  • Identify and support implementation of improvements across maintenance, reliability, and integrity processes.
  • Contribute to maintenance strategy development (PM, PdM, CBM), BoM creation, job plan structuring, and criticality and hierarchy reviews within CMMS and EAM systems.
  • Assist with project planning by helping to define deliverables, schedules, and resource needs, and monitor progress to maintain alignment with expectations.
  • Support proposal development and provide technical input for contract discussions, including coordination with thirdparty suppliers.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff during fieldwork when required.
  • Ensure all field activities comply with procedures, QHSE policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support project and operational requirements.

What are we looking for?

  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, Production, or related).
  • Formal training or practical experience with CMMS/EAM systems.
  • Minimum 5 years of practical field experience in maintenance, asset integrity, inspections, or offshore operations.
  • Solid understanding of maintenance engineering, asset integrity principles, and core reliability concepts (PM, PdM, CBM).
  • Ability to perform onsite equipment identification, verification, and data collection, and interpret P&IDs, datasheets, manuals, and engineering drawings.
  • Certifications in Asset Integrity, Reliability, or Maintenance Management (API, ISO 55000, RCM, FMEA) and offshore safety training (BOSIET/FOET or equivalent) are desirable.
