The Change Implementation Lead will play a critical role in delivering large scale people, process, technology and data transformation initiatives across ABL Group. You will be accountable for ensuring that business system change is effectively designed, communicated, adopted, and embedded across Finance and related functions. Working closely with Shared Service leaders, system owners, delivery partners, and Group IT & Digital, you will drive structured change management aligned to ABL Group’s operating model, governance standards, technology roadmap and growth strategy.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and roadmap for our transformation program.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Finance, IT, HR, Business Development, Legal, and Project Delivery to ensure alignment to our Change Programme.
- Support the development and delivery of training sessions to ensure corporate processes, systems, and tools are understood and applied in line with established policies.
- Act as a bridge between functional teams to enable standardisation, optimise workflows, and unlock value from system and process change.
- Work in close partnership with Business Systems teams, SMEs, system integrators, and internal Group IT & Digital resources to support Business System implementation, improvement, integration.
- Ensure system and process changes are clearly documented and translated into training materials, user guidance, and operational artefacts.
- Support vendor engagement activities, including RFP processes, onboarding, and delivery oversight, where required to enable transformation outcomes.
- Lead the mapping of current (“as is”) and future (“to be”) business processes across our Shared Services and other impacted areas of the business.
- Work closely with Finance SMEs to ensure process designs align with accounting standards, financial controls, and reporting requirements.
- Conduct structured change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to inform rollout sequencing and transition planning.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate resistance to change through targeted interventions and proactive engagement.
What are we looking for?
With the finance driven nature of the transformation programme, this role requires someone with a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial operations, ERP enabled processes and knowledge of consulting businesses. More specifically, we are looking for the following:
- Educated to Bachelor’s degree level in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- Formal education that demonstrates a working understanding of financial operations, accounting concepts, and business process design.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or business process improvement roles.
- Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation or ERP / CRM implementations, and on finance led transformation programs.
- Hands on experience in business process mapping (current state and future state).
- Experience operating across IT, Finance, HR, CRM and Digital workstreams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of systems such as NetSuite, ZohoCRM and SagePeople is desirable.
