As a Consultant Recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, connecting top talent with exciting projects in the oil and gas sector and contributing directly to our clients’ success stories.
What will you be doing?
As part of the AGR Consultancy team, your role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with both consultants and clients to meet evolving project needs in the energy sector. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting consultants for clients across Norway’s oil and gas industry.
- Managing relationships with new and existing consultants, including:
- Understanding client requirements.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Matching consultants to project demands and presenting them to clients.
- Developing and nurturing client relationships to ensure repeat business and identify new opportunities.
- Representing AGR in the market and positioning us as the preferred supplier.
- Staying informed on market developments, including tax regulations and contract conditions.
- Keeping accurate records of consultants and client communications.
- Engaging regularly with consultants about new opportunities and availability.
- Supporting the wider team in achieving KPIs and delivering exceptional service.
- Performing administrative tasks to ensure seamless daily operations.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for formal education).
- Solid understanding of business operations and the energy industry landscape.
- Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
